These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Momntus platform, including our website, lesson content, AI assistant, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, or share your account with another person. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@momntus.com.
Free plan: Available to everyone at no cost. Includes access to daily lessons, the AI assistant, and streaks. Notes, bookmarks, and saved quiz results are retained for 15 days from the date saved, then automatically deleted.
Pro plan: A paid subscription at $22.95 CAD per month. Includes unlimited sessions, permanent data retention, personalized learning insights, all reinforcement methods, and priority AI responses. A discounted rate is available to students who verify with a school or university email address.
We reserve the right to modify what is included in each plan with reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — personal learning. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All lesson content, AI models, design, and software that make up the Momntus Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Content you create on Momntus — your notes, journal entries, and saved items — belongs to you. We use it only to operate and personalise the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Momntus AI assistant is designed to help you understand and retain lesson content. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or academic advice. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate — if something seems wrong, let us know.
Do not share sensitive personal information (financial details, health information, passwords) with the AI assistant.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the educational content will produce any specific learning outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momntus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
